I painted this elephant with brilliant layers of pink, purple, turquoise, yellow, and blue—colors that feel almost like music. The marks, words, and notes surrounding her bring a sense of movement and freedom, while her steady gaze carries a quiet confidence.
Elephants have always represented strength, wisdom, family, and perseverance. But I wanted this one to feel like more than strength alone. She is colorful. Expressive. Unapologetically herself.
Triumphant is a reminder that strength doesn't have to be quiet or serious. Sometimes it is vibrant, joyful, messy, creative, and completely your own.
She stands tall, takes up space, and reminds us to do the same.
